I resolve to be a better person this year.  Be more mature.  Be more responsible.  I want to love myself first. Know myself better. Set my priorities straight and focus on that. Of course, still have fun along the way. Will enjoy every moment and experiences. Learn. Strengthen my faith in God. And spread the LOVE.

I just want to be better than myself in my past…
I want to grow more mature and more wise in deciding the path of my life in this world…
I want to be a more useful man for others and my family…
and I want to be a man that can make people I know smile and cheer the people in sorrow…

I will complain less, appreciate more. Whine less, laugh more. Talk less, listen more. Want less, give more. Hate less, love more. Scold less, praise more. Fear less, hope more.

I resolve to be more concerned and helpful to the people around me. I also resolve to be more mature (coz i can’t deny it, I’m 13 years of age but my mind is still 6-7 years old) so that I can be able to cope up with the happenings around me and so that I can contribute to the betterment of society. May God guide and help me so that I can change my bad habits and I also hope that this coming 2011, I will/can start a new life with my family, friends and Him. Advanced Happy New Year Everyone! =)

I resolve to internalize and live by my grandmother’s favorite saying – “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” I truly believe this mantra has the potential to effect positive change and enrich our world.

I resolve to attend church at least twice per month, engage in sustained community service, and regularly connect with mentors.
